JRV MANAGEMENT dba DURRILL PROPERTIES has evolved over the past 15 year's from a one person office to a company, along with it's subsidiaries, which now employs over 150 people. The company develops, maintains and strives to increase commercial activity within the community with a broad portfolio of office, retail and commercial environments as well as an entertainment venue designed to meet the changing needs of Corpus Christi. The diversity and growth of the company has grown to include entities, which provide services for construction, manufacturing, fabrication/installation, entertainment, record management & storage.

Durrill Properties management team oversees and maintains over 15 operating companies, which together own over 50 properties along with oil & gas ventures. Durrill Properties respect for community can be seen in these properties that they have developed within the city and it's continuing effort to drive value in the community by increasing commercial activity and tourism. The company is setting new standards for development by enhancing features of existing structures and identifying the best potential of each location they develop.

To better serve our tenants and maintain our properties as efficiently as possible, Durrill Properties has its own construction company, which handles approximately 90% of construction build-outs. Being owner-operated allows us the option to personalize our services when remodeling for a new tenant. We will consider a build-out allowance for a new tenant and also amortize the construction cost of the specific build-out over the primary term of the lease.

Our newest endeavor is Bleu Frog Mercantile, which opened in October of 2005. Located in the Six Points area, the original structure was built in 1937 and has been refurbished into a gift and antique shop. The revitalization of this existing structure is helping to generate interest and activity in one of the older sections of the city.

Durrill Properties has also played an integral role in bringing live music to Corpus Christi with the refurbishing of an old concrete factory - renamed appropriately, Concrete Street Amphitheater Concrete Street Amphitheater. With shows under a canopy of stars, this outside venue goes perfectly with the Texas Gulf Coast sun and fun.

Another branch of the company is the Devary Durrill Foundation, which is a privately funded foundation that over the years has made signficant contributions of beautification, restoration and civic improvements to the Corpus Christi area. Such contributions include the Heritage Walk Miradors & Benches along the downtown seawall, bringing the Columbus Fleet to the city, the Selena Memorial, renovation and expansion of the Corpus Christi Art Center and the Old 1914 Court House, Refugio River Ranch (high risk youth retreat) and the Texas A&M Corpus Christi and Del Mar College entrance projects.

Durrill Properties does not on a regular basis list with any brokerage firm unless specifically stipulated. In the few instances where a broker is utilized, the fee for the first (1) broker is 5%, and if there are two (2) brokers involved the fee is 6%.
